Beth Morgan, the Middlesex & England International cricketer, has been delivering expert cricket coaching, to the very fortunate girls of Alexandra Park and Rhodes Avenue PS, for the last two months.
Beth is a fanatstic role model and shows how effort and dedication, (not to mention talent) can help you achieve your dreams. Beth is off to Australia shortly, to represent England.
Beth worked with both APS Key Stage 3 and 4 students. She also helped senior girls (Sports Leaders) deliver high quality, cricket taster sessions to our visitors from Rhodes Avenue Primary School.
Beth worked on the basic skills of batting and bowling and always finished with a match - England v. the 'Aussies' - unfortunately the right team, didn't always win!
All the girls involved, would like to thank Beth for her enthusiasm and energy, and wish her the best of luck 'down under' when she takes on the Aussies for real.
