Star Soccer School at APS

Easter holidays saw bumper numbers at APS’s ‘STAR SOCCER SCHOOL’, with over 90 children from years 1-6 in attendance and twelve senior APS students completing their first football leadership qualification, becoming 'Junior Football Organisers'.
In the morning campers participated in a range of fun football challenges, testing shooting, dribbling, turning & passing.
Followed by daily World Cup Competitions & penalty shoot outs after lunch.
The week ended with a special presentation to hand out well earned medals and certificates, with parents invited to share in the celebration & applaud these future footballing stars.
The ceremony concluded with coaches presenting their ‘camper of the week’ award, to nine outstanding players who demonstrated an excellent attitude throughout the week, setting a positive example to all in their group.
The football camp, again received rave reviews from parents and children alike, who unaminously agreed they would be back for more in the future.
“Great camp — we could not praise highly enough”
"As a parent and teacher I really appreciate the fantastic opportunity that you and the student football coaches offer the children. I know that my three boys look forward to going and I also know that they will be safe and looked after whilst in your care."
"I can’t fault the organization and value for money - we are spoilt. I love the caring atmosphere, and the fact children are rewarded for good behaviour and sportsmanship, which is equally as important as their footballing skills. Every child is given a chance. My son loves coming….Thank you."
