PV Lions visit Table Tennis London 2012 Test Event
At the Excel this weekend the world best table tennis players tested the London 2012 equipment during the Pro Tour Grand Finals. Some PV Lions table tennis players were lucky enough to see what can be achieved with talent and many years of hard training.
We have seen the world No.1 playing the No.2 and the No.3, beating both and winning the tournament. Interesting fact that the world No.1 and 2 play in the same doubles team, so their coach didn't even come out to support either of them during the semi finals.
On Sunday not only the men but also the doubles women played for the trophy.
During the breaks in the FanZone our students could challenge students from other schools which they very much enjoyed.
The test event went really well and in 8 months time the competitors will line up for the "real" thing.
